Our Company

From its founding, CONIX Systems has taken the lead in developing new Item Processing products and services designed to reduce system maintenance costs and improve operating reliability and cost performance. CONIX started by developing some of the first commercially available products designed to support testing the frequent changes made to the IP process. These products reduce the time and cost of performing tests, and dramatically improve the accuracy of testing efforts.

In 1998, CONIX expanded its focus to include the labor-intensive core operational processes - balancing, settlement and transit - by acquiring the CheckFree Corporation division of check processing products. These products are the industry standard because they are designed to minimize operational and system maintenance costs.

CONIX quickly addressed the changes brought about by Check 21 legislation. Foreseeing the need for Image Solutions, CONIX was among the first to provide Image Solutions to give its customers a competitive advantage.

In addition to possessing extensive knowledge of the CONIX products, they are also experienced with all major reject repair, sort pattern generator, balancing, transit and back office systems on the market.

This broad background provides a staff that understands IP issues from a customer perspective and has deep knowledge of the products with which they are working. This improves the quality of systems as they are developed and minimizes system integration issues, whether building new systems or helping customers with individual issues.

The dedicated Customer Service staff averages over 13 years working with our products. Their efforts include customer training, support and product testing.

The Consulting Staff consists of people with operational and IT experience working with financial institutions. The average consultant has over 12 years of experience in Item Processing and electronic transactions. This experience ranges from managing major functional areas within IP to performing basic operational and programming tasks. Our consulting staff has been involved in upgrading systems and projects such as merging operations of multiple banks, selecting and installing new operational systems, and evaluating and redesigning workflows.
